Spaghetti Dinner Fundraiser, Holiday Fair, Family Movie This Week in Woodbridge

1. The Evergreen Senior Center will be closed on Monday, Nov. 11 for Veterans Day. 

2. Bring the family to the the main branch of the Woodbridge Public Library, 1 George Frederick Plaza, at 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 14 for a screening of "Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Rodrick Rules."

3. Laugh it up with the Woodbridge/Perth Amboy Rotary Club and Colonia Boy Scouts Troop #523 at a comedy night event at 7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 15 at Woodbridge Middle School, 525 Barron Ave. Tickets are $10. 

4. The First Presbyterian Church of Avenel will hold its 45th annual holiday fair at 9 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 16. 

5. A spaghetti dinner will be held from 2-8 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 16 at the St. Andrew's Knights of Columbus, 109 Morrisey Ave., Avenel. Tickets are $10 for adults, $7 for seniors and $5 for children under age 12. Proceeds will benefit a family who lost their Avenel home in a fire last week.
