The Lance Armstrong LiveSTRONG Foundation is holding physical activity and wellness for cancer survivors and their families in conjunction with the YMCA of Woodbridge Mondays and Wednesdays at 7 pm at the .   Physical activity and healthy eating, as well as support and guidance are offering to cancer survivors and their families.   5. Register for the Senior Olympics. Both New Jersey residents and out-of-state seniors age 50 and older may participate in the three day to take place Woodbridge in September.
