Have the Feds Smoked John McCormac's Pot Shop?

While John McCormac and his business friends have planted the seeds for a Medical Marijuana Shop, or as McCormac has referred to it, another "retail" outlet, in Woodbridge Township, the Feds may have smoked those plans.

Not only will the IRS not allow these shops to deduct operating expenses (see:http://thelegalbroadcastnetwork.squarespace.com/the-lbn-blog/2012/11/27/..., the IRS is  now going to up their taxable rate.  Seems these so called hunmane outlets will be treated like drug trafficers by the IRS for tax purposes.  See:http://now.msn.com/medical-marijuana-dispensaries-face-massive-tax-bill-...

As many feel, if there is a medical benefit to dispensing medical marijuana, it should be made legally dispensable by pharmacies, not retail outlets! And the politicans in New Jersey, or anywhere else, shouldn't be taxing perscription medications of any type.

Let's hope the Feds have killed this industry in New Jersey, before it grows!
