Woodbridge Girls' Soccer Team to Visit Wall in Playoff Opener

Playoff matchups were announced this week. The playoffs begin on Monday.

The Woodbridge High School girls’ soccer team still has an opportunity to win a championship this year.

Woodbridge was seeded No. 10 in the NJSIAA Central Jersey Group 3 playoffs, according to brackets posted on nj.com. They will visit No. 7 Wall in the first round of the playoffs on Monday, Nov. 4.

Woodbridge is 7-13 this season. In its most recent game, it was eliminated by Monroe in the Greater Middlesex Conference tournament by a score of 3-0.

Wall, which was seeded three spots higher than Woodbridge, brings a record of 13-4-1 into the playoffs. The teams didn’t play this season.
