Help Your Kids with a Sports Medicine Seminar

Got sports stars in the family? Save their skins this Saturday at a free seminar at the Woodbridge Community Center.

Got kids who are athletes, who engage in competitive sports, or who just want to join in?

To keep them healthy and safe, attend a Sports Medicine Symposium, being held this Saturday, March 16, from 9 am to 12 noon at the Woodbridge Community Center. Coaches, trainers, and parents are all invited to attend the free event.

Sponsored by the Human Motion Institute of Raritan Bay Medical Center, experts will discuss injury prevention detection, and treatment; recognizing and managing concussions; and peak conditioning for the competitive athlete.
