Owl Prowl

Dr. Emile DeVito, Manager of Science and Stewardship at the New Jersey Conservation Foundation, will be conducting the popular Owl Prowl tour of Rahway River Park in Rahway.  During our exploration, we learn more about the Screech and Great Horned Owls that live in this urban nature preserve. Bring binoculars and a flashlight. Dress in layers! Meet at the Ulrich Pool parking lot.

Participants are asked to RSVP at least 24 hours prior to each event.  To confirm your attendance, or for more information, please e-mail info@rahwayriver.org.

The Rahway River watershed encompasses approximately 90 square miles in Essex, Middlesex and Union Counties and is the source of drinking water for tens of thousands of area residents.  For over 15 years, the Rahway River Association has worked towards protecting and promoting the health of the Rahway River watershed.  For more information please visit www.rahwayriver.org or visit us on Facebook.
