Americans for Prosperity will be in East Brunswick today and Sayreville Thursday.

It's September, and the politics is in the air.

The Americans for Prosperity Foundation, a free-market, grassroots think tank, is bringing its “Economic Freedom Tour” to two Middlesex County towns this week.

  • On Tuesday, September 4, the Middlesex County Republican Women's Club will host the event at the East Brunswick Library;
  • On Thursday, September 6, the will host the event at the Peter Pank Diner in Sayreville

Both 'freedom tours' start at 7 pm and run until 8:30 pm. The presentations will be hosted by AFP president Steve Lonegan and will include instruction on the use of social media.

Th educational program seeks to enlighten New Jersey citizens about the benefits of economic freedom: how it allows societies to flourish, brings greater prosperity, and improves the overall quality of life for the citizenry.

Both events are free and open to the public. For more information, call 201-487-8844 or 201-400-3666.
