Woodbridge Man Accused of Car Burglary
34-year-old found walking near incident with items taken from vehicle, police say.
A Woodbridge man was caught after breaking into a motor vehicle Friday in the area of Gorham Avenue, police said.
Richard Muscle, 34, was charged with burglary and theft after he was seen walking on Decker Place with items taken from a vehicle that was reported burglarized shortly after 1 a.m.
Muscle was transported to county jail on $20,000 bail without 10 percent.
