Star-Ledger: Woodbridge Fire Leaves Many Without Immigration Documents

Food, clothing collections established for 100 renters left homeless following the Woodbridge Village Apartments fire.

Many of the residents left homeless following Tuesday's fire at the Woodbridge Village Apartments are immigrants who have been lost important paperwork, in addition to property, according to a report in The Star-Ledger.

The blaze in the Avenel section of Woodbridge destroyed 52 apartments. At least by the fire, which began at 3 p.m. and continued flaring up until 11 p.m.
