Police Raid Iselin Home, Arrest Nine

Police raided an Iselin home as part of a drug investigation over the last few weeks.

The Woodbridge Police Department arrested nine people early Friday morning as part of a raid of an Iselin home police say was used for drug deals.

According to a press release from the Woodbridge Police Department, at 4 a.m. Friday, the Woodbridge Police Department Special Investigations Unit executed a search warrant at a house on Park Avenue in the Iselin section of the township, as part of a narcotics investigation that spanned several weeks.

After entering the home, which police say was a "party house" and a place to purchase drugs, they observed drugs around the residence, as well as four people getting high in the living room, the release said.

Police recovered approximately 1.25 lbs. of marijuana, 10 grams of ecstasy, two grams of cocaine and pills, with a total street value of $5,000, the release said.

Police also recovered a stun gun and $6,000 cash believed to be proceeds from drug sales, the release said.

Nine people were arrested in the raid. They are:

  • Sean Keenan, 26, of Park Avenue, charged with Distribution of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS), Possession of CDS, Possession of marijuana over 50 grams and Possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Stephanie Tranchant, 22, of Lloyd Road in Aberdeen, charged with Distribution of CDS, Possession of CDS, Possession of marijuana over 50 grams and Possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Kyle Shandolow, 28, of Park Avenue, charged with Distribution of CDS, Possession of CDS, Possession of marijuana over 50 grams and Possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Danielle Huntly, 25, of Park Avenue, charged with Distribution of CDS, Possession of CDS, Possession of marijuana over 50 grams and Possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Kevin Adams, 25, of Park Avenue, charged with Possession of CDS, and Possession of marijuana under 50 grams. 
  • Sean Evans, 25, of Chain O Hills Road in Colonia, charged with Possession of CDS.
  • Davion Watkins, 22, of Keer Avenue in Newark, charged with Possession of CDS. 
  • Faith Massa, 27, of Park Avenue, charged with Possession of CDS.
  • Alfred Medina, 24, of West Arthur Place in Iselin, charged with Possession of CDS.
Shandolow, Evans, Watkins, Massa and Medina were all released on their own recognizance.

Keenan, Tranchant and Huntley remained jailed at the Middlesex County Jail, each with bail set at $20,000 with no 10 percent option, according to the release.

Adams' release was pending as of the Friday issuance of the press release, according to the police.
