The Philadelphia Flyers fan who beat up an off-duty Woodbridge cop in January over a team rivalry is looking to have aggravated assault charges against him thrown out.

Philly.com is reporting thatΒ Dennis Veteri, the thug whose beat Woodbridge Police officer in January, is trying to get criminal charges against him dismissed.
