NULLIFY NOW: A Way to Stop the Madness

Drones...Indefinite Detention…Gun Rights…Obamacare…Join the Tenth Amendment Center this Thursday to learn how Nullification may stop the federal government's assault on Liberty.

On Thursday, April 4 at 7:00 p.m., Benjamin Mankowski from The Tenth Amendment Center will present an introduction and step-by-step guide to the process of Nullification. The presentation will take place at the Peterpank Diner or Route 9 North, in Sayreville, NJ.

According to Michael Bolden, founder of the Tenth Amendment Center, a leading organization in support of local and states’ rights, “Nullification is any act or set of acts which has as its end result a particular law being rendered null, void, or just unenforceable within a specific area.”

Cities and states around the nation are standing up and saying “No” to the aggressive grab for power by the federal government. Legislation has been proposed and enacted that has ‘nullified’ a wide variety of attempts by the Obama administration to bypass state rights and the Constitution.

Mr. Mankowski, a member of the leadership team of the New Jersey chapter of the Tenth Amendment Center and frequent blogger for the organization’s website, will provide a background on Nullification and its various forms. He will also address current legislation in New Jersey to nullify the use of drones and efforts to take away guns from lawful citizens. Specific actions that citizens can take to initiate and support these efforts will be presented.

“Anyone concerned with individual freedoms and a federal government that is grabbing for more and more control needs to attend this free two-hour presentation,” says Gary Charwin, a member of the Middlesex County Tea Party who will be hosting the presentation as a part of their regular monthly meeting.

Those in attendance will also have the opportunity to learn about additional educational and activist programs sponsored by the Middlesex County Tea Party.

Food and drink will be available for purchase prior to the meeting.
