FREE MEDICARE ANNUAL WELLNESS VISIT

The Elks of Woodbridge and Dr. Robert Boyd from the Woodbridge Medical Group will be conducting Wellness Day for Seniors on Friday, March 7, 2014 from 9 am until 4 pm. All area residents are welcome. Dr. Boyd will be providing an Abdominal Aorta Ultrasound Scan, a Bone Density Ultrasound Screen, Medicare's Annual Wellness Visit, Peripheral Artery Disease Test, Peripheral Nerve Testing, Podiatry Evaluation , Laboratory testing. Walgreens will be present as well as Total Hearing & Care performing free hearing test. Muscle Maker grill will be on site and will provide free food samples. All services are free and covered 100% by Medicare. There is no co-pay or no deductible for these services.
