The planner parents and kids need to have to plan from now to the weekend

Welcome to the brand new Grab and Go Kids Planner – your weekly list of the top 5 things to do with the little ones this weekend.  We know you’re busy, so we’ve taken the liberty of putting together the five most interesting, unique, or just plain fun events for the family each weekend.

Know of a great kid-friendly event going on this weekend that we may have missed?  Let us know in the comments!

Close Encounters, at the Arts Guild New Jersey in Rahway, features science fiction-themed artwork by eight local artists.  Included in the exhibit is a 6 foot tall robot sculpture as well as other paintings and sculptures in a variety of mediums.
