Woodbridge to Hold Pet Expo Today

Support the pets and the township's pet shelter.

Woodbridge will holding its first Pet Expo and Adoption event today at the Woodbrige Community Center. The event is jointly sponsored by the Woodbridge Animal Shelter and the YMCA, which has its headquarters at the community center.

Hours for the expo are from 12 noon to 4 pm, Sunday, November 11. The community center is located at 600 Main Street.

Features slated for the event include door prizes, pet vendors, demonstrations, and pets from the shelter will be there for adoption. A Spay and Neuter van from the Associated Humane Society of Newark will be there as well.

The township's Animal Shelter sustained major damage from Hurricane Sandy. if you can help, please go to the expo and give what you can.

This event has been cancelled.The community center was used during the hurricane as a shelter & there is too much cleanup to do.
