This Weekend in Woodbridge: Street Fair, Dog Walk, Garage Sales

Here's a round up of events this weekend in Woodbridge.


Looking for something to do close to home this weekend? Here’s a look at what’s going on in the township. Click on the available links for more information.

  • On Saturday, the annual Woodbridge Street Fair & Craft show will take place on Main Street in Woodbridge, featuring crafts, food and activities for the whole family. The street festival and craft show will run from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m with over 120 artists, crafters and vendors.
  • Also, a six family garage sale will be happening in Colonia near 355 Dukes Road starting at 8 a.m.  Another garage sale is taking place at 399 Prospect Avenue in Avenel on both Saturday and Sunday beginning at 9 a.m.
  • The weekly Woodbridge Elks Flea Market begins at 7 a.m. on Saturday at 665 Rahway Avenue in Woodbridge.
  • Mayor John McCormac is hosting Hispanic Community Day at Parker Press Park from 1p.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday.
  • Take a look into the Woodbridge Police Department on Saturday with the second annual Woodbridge PD open house from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Woodbridge Police Department.
  • On Sunday, the Woodbridge Animal Shelter is hosting their annual Dog Walk and Pet Fair that starts at Parker Press Park at 10 a.m.
