Register for Free Saturday Wellness Workshops

Those with chronic health conditions or their caregivers are invited to attend the workshop, held by the Independent Club of Colonia.


Want to take charge of your health? 

The Independent Club of Colonia, in conjunction with the Sickle Cell Association of New Jersey, is hosting a series of free Saturday workshops geared toward having participants take a proactive approach to their health care or that of a loved one.

The first workshop will be held at 10 am on Saturday, March 2, at the club's headquarters at 149 Delaware Avenue in Colonia. The sessions last for 2-1/2 hours and continue for a series of six Saturdays.

Caregivers, health care professionals and those who suffer from a chronic health problem such as sickle cell disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity, arthritis, asthma, and other maladies are invited to attend.

Admittance is free, but registration is required, which can be completed online at this site.
