Celebrate Shrove Tuesday with Pancakes
Trinity Episcopal Church will hold a pancake supper on Tuesday in recognition of Lent.
Trinity Episcopal Church will be holding a Pancake Supper in recognition of Shrove Tuesday.
The supper will be served on Tuesday, February 10 from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm at the church at 650 Rahway Avenue.
Shrove Tuesday is the day preceding Ash Wednesday, the first day of Lent for Christian congregations. Some denominations refer to Tuesday as Fat Tuesday, or Mardi Gras in the French tradition of New Orleans.

Prices for the Trinity supper are $7 for adults and $3 for children over the age of 3. Those under that age will be admitted for free.
The public is invited to help Trinity join in an evening of fun, fellowship and pancakes. For more information, call the church at 732-634-7422.
