Model Trains Chug Back into the Barron Arts Center for 23rd Year

The exhibit is open daily through Dec. 29.

The annual holiday model train show at the Baron Arts Center is again open for the holiday season.

The train show was donated by county employee Mike Gelesky, a model train enthusiast who puts the time in each year to coordinate the exhibit, which is now in its 23rd year.

The exhibit is free and open to the public, sponsored by Access Self Storage, Middlesex Water and JJ Elek Realty Co., according to the township.

The exhibit hours are 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday-Friday, and 2-4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday through Dec. 29 at the Barron Arts Center, 582 Rahway Ave.

The exhibit is closed on Dec. 25.

From 5-7 p.m. Friday, Dec. 6, the exhibit will coincide with the annual Woodbridge tree lighting, featuring a visit from Santa and Mrs. Claus and refreshments provided by Wegmans.
