Marge, you ask how many animals have I saved. Lots! With donations adoptions and helping people to save or adopt animals, including dogs and cats.
Last year, the Woodbridge Shelter killed, lost or had cats die in its care. All toll, 600+, out of over 900 cats died or were killed in that facility.
Lets see what the numbers are for 2010, after the state's visit, and I'll get you a saved or lost count.
The next time you want to praise the Mayor, D. Green, R. Landolfi, and Cuiffo at a town council meeting, please bring violins, your accolades will sound so much better with soft music!

The New Jersey Department of Health and Senior Services neither endorses nor prohibits a trap, neuter, and return (TNR) policy. If a person or organization chooses to operate a managed cat colony through the practice of TNR, it should be done in cooperation with the local municipal officials and animal control officer in order to minimize complaints and to facilitate the return of cats to the colony if they are inadvertently trapped and brought to the municipal animal impoundment facility. I have included a link to our website regarding managed cat colonies.
