The first time I ever saw Bonefish Grill, I could've sworn it was an independent, upscale restaurant that just happened to land in Woodbridge. Little did I know that it was part of a restaurant chain owned by the good folks who brought you Outback Steakhouse (the nearest one being in Edison.) The truth is, even with knowing there is more than one Bonefish Grill in the world, I still can't be convinced it isn't an independent, high quality restaurant. Who would have thought that you could get a genuine Irish bar, a great family feel, and some authentic and delicious meals without traveling any further than the Petsmart complex on Amboy Avenue? I recently went to the Shannon Rose (855 St Georges Ave in Woodbridge) for dinner with two of my friends, Jessica and Sandra Suiter. The look of the outside of the restaurant is only a tiny glimpse of the beautiful décor and ambiance you'll find through the double doors. I did not make it here yet, but i attended a Behind Bonefish Grill at Middlesex County College recently. I tasted 5 of there dishes. All were excellent. I am eagerly awaiting to go when I can get sometime. There food was Delicious!! more ›
