The big story that far outdrew any other for Woodbridge Patch in February was the sad February 22 tale of a FedEx driver, going about his business delivering packages on foot, when he was struck and killed by a minivan driver. "He was just doing his job," said Woodbridge Police Captain Roy Hoppock. @Deborah. By state law, all incidents involving a death are investigated by the County prosecutor, i.e., they take the lead in the investigation. Police Departments routinely refer questions involving deaths to the County Prosecutor since they are the leads in the case, and public information is dispensed by them.   more ›
