Returning Books Isn't Easy in Woodbridge
Woodbridge Main Library is the only library in the area without a drop box. Could it be more inconvenient?
It's 8:50 pm and you realize that the mystery novels and romantic comedy DVDs you checked out from the Woodbridge Main Library last week are due in ten minutes. You grab your keys, rush out of the house, navigate and speed your way through traffic to get there before the library closes at its scheduled 9 pm close. While you're rushing, you glance at the clock and realize you're not going to make it before the library is shuttered for the night. But wait! You breathe a sigh of relief that you won't incur any library fines, because you just drop them off in the drop-box. No, you can't. Speaking from a happy library user, it is a gem. The hours are longer than the branches. Main is open at 9am Monday through Friday, while the branches do not open until 10 on Monday, Wednesday-Friday and 1 on Tuesdays. Based on hours alone, they are user friendly.
