It's the dead of winter, and the only thing that seems to consistently go up is your utility bills. If you're looking to figure out how to save money, you might want to invest in a $49 home energy audit conducted by Ciel Power. The township is touting a partnership they made with that firm to offer Woodbridge homeowners an assessment of their energy use and how they can save money by making changes. They say that a home energy assessment highlights specific repairs and upgrades that can save homeowners up to 30 percent on their utility bill.
