Never take anything for granted. I was reminded of that the other night during a quick Christmas visit to an aunt's house. Her abode is all decked out for the 25th, with the Christmas tree the center of all the holiday splendor. In one corner was a huge pile of holiday gifts, already wrapped up and just waiting for the finishing touches to be added to the tree so they could be showcased underneath. But in the other corner was a big Rubbermaid bin. No, make it two bins, and both were full of stuff. So what's "stuff"? As my aunt put it, "Stuff that we can't use and don't want, but it's too good to throw out."
