See the NJ Devils tonight. The Woodbridge Recreation Dept. is sponsoring a bus trip to see the New Jersey Devils v. the Boston Bruins tonight. Tickets are $70 per adult, and it includes entrance, the bus ride, and a $10 food/beverage card. Make sure to arrive at the Woodbridge Community Center at 5:30 pm sharp! Keep the kids entertained after school. The Evergreen Youth Center's drop in youth facility is open for afterschool play to all local middle school students living in Woodbridge Township. It's free and offers children activities such as a Wii, Xbox 360, PS3, movies, a pool table and ping pong among many other activities. Macculloch Hall Historical Museum and the New Jersey Civil War Sesquicentennial Committee are collaborating to produce “Gone for a Soldier: Jerseymen in the Civil War." The exhibition, which runs from Nov. 6 through July 1, 2012, features a unique perspective on the Civil War, focusing on New Jersey soldiers and their stories. The two organizations are using their expertise and connections to private and institutional collections to bring together an unprecedented amount of memorabilia describing the experience of New Jersey and her soldiers in the Civil War.
