Assemblyman Craig Coughlin went to district schools to promote the joys of reading
The love of reading can be a lifelong pleasure. Craig Coughlin, assemblyman for the 19th District, helped the process along this week when he visited four schools to promote 'National Read Across America Week.' He visited the Matthew Jago School in the Sewaren section of Woodbridge, where he read what he said was his favorite's children's book, "The Giving Tree." The assemblyman also visited schools in Parlin, Carteret, and South Amboy, all part of the district Coughlin represents. "Dr. Suess said it best," Coughlin said in a statement. "The more you read, the more you will know. The more you learn, the more places you will go." Follow Woodbridge Patch on Facebook, Twitter and sign up for the daily newsletter.

One doesn't even have to go to the unemployment office to report in and get the check anymore, they mail it to you!"
