My sister in Iselin NJ sent this story to me in KS. I have owned Pit Bulls for almost 15 years now.Read More I absolutely love the breed. They are so misunderstood. What Austin did with Max is wonderful!! These dogs don't have a voice. Austin is now educating people about the breed. I have rescued a few Pit Bulls in my life. Currently I have one we adopted from a Pit Bull rescue. We also have a 14 1/2 yeard Pit and a 5 year. old mahouse lol.

Martha - any donations are being accepted at town hall or the Community Center (600 Main Street).Read More Organizers of the effort have been stressing that they only really need monetary and gift card donations at this point, however (though I can't imagine they would turn down toiletries if you wish to send them.)
