Eagle Scout Revamps Courtyard, Woodbridge Prom This Week

Here's what to look forward to on Woodbridge Patch this week.

Council session: On Tuesday, it is on the agenda of Councilman Charles Kenny to overview the Transit Village study. Other council members have road improvement projects outlined on the evening’s agenda, such as the paving of Route 9 South and improvements roads in the Metro Park area.

Kids helping kids. Eagle Scout Jonathan Schmalenberger of Troop 44, Edison will be honored at Matthew Jago School No. 28 on Wednesday evening for his work turning an empty courtyard into a safe play area for an Autistic Pre-school.  Schmalenberger created a playhouse, picnic table and climbing toy, after he removed weeds and painted the colors of Autism below the windows. The area will be dedicated to the P.A.C.E program.
