Middlesex County College will hold its 31st Scholarship Golf Classic on Monday, May 13 at Metuchen Golf and Country Club. Organized by the MCC Foundation as a fundraiser, the classic begins at 10:30 a.m. with lunch. The golf starts at 12:30 p.m.
“This is a great opportunity for golfers of all abilities to have a great time while supporting scholarship programs for students,” said Veronica Clinton, executive director of the College Foundation. “And for those who don’t golf, there’s the reception and dinner that follow.

“Each year, the Foundation sponsors events and seeks private donations to help the College fulfill its mission of providing an accessible, affordable, quality education for Middlesex County residents,” she said. “By participating in this event, you contribute to student success.”
The golf classic is a shotgun start, scramble format, and includes contests on the golf course. Each participant receives a goodie bag of gifts and there is a silent auction at the reception and dinner.
