Will the Drumm Beat the Rap!
Will the latest addition to the McCormac Woodbridge Town Council, Nancy Bader Drumm, beat the rap over allegedly stealing her 1st Ward opponent's campaign signs? The case is scheduled to be heard in a Woodbridge Twp Court on Tuesday morning, December 17. But is that the court, given all the McCormac appointed judges that sit on it, be the venue for this matter?
While the monetary value of the sign or signs allegedly purloined is insignificant, the fact an elected official, a member of the McCormac Team, may have stolen is not! After all, in a township where $$$'s were spent and careers tarnished, if not ruined, over test cheating in our schools, how does it look to have yet one more member of the McCormac town council charged with a criminal offense. Surely, this isn't a "TRACK RECORD" the McCormac Administration won't be bragging about on its private TV network!
