Keeping Our Government Open to Public Access!

There are numerous individuals and organizations that labor tirelessly to ensure governments, be they local, state and/or federal, including school boards, remain open to public they were established and/or elected to serve.

One of the most active and successful groups in NJ ensuring those covered by the Open Public Meetings Act (OPMA) and the Open Public Records Act (OPRA) are in compliance with the aforementioned Acts, is NJFOGΒ  (http://njfog.org/)

The following is one of the organizations recent victories; a victory that benefits all residents of the state, who want to ensure their local government meetings and records remains open and accessible to the public.

Kudos to John Paff, his team and NJ FOG on this important victory.

NJFOG Board Member (effective June 4, 2014)
