If Mayor McCormac is down, who is running Woodbridge Town?

Who's in charge of Woodbridge township when its mayor is partially or totally incapacitated?

If John McCormac had to be hospitalized, even for a short time, and is in fact recovering at home from a serious leg injury, who is in charge at 1 Main Street?

Seriously, what is the succession of power in Woodbridge Township when the mayor is incapacitated?

Does the township Business Administrator (who is not a township resident) take control or does an elected official, like the current president of the town council assume control?

It is interesting to note there is not, (at least that I can find) any mention of McCormac being injured or his current medical status given on the township's websitehttp://www.twp.woodbridge.nj.us/

If McCormac is out of commission owing to an injury, does he get paid sick time pay, and if so, for how long?
