The Political Revolution is Here

Most of us have known that this moment in history would come. Even in 1976 as a senior in high school I came to the realization that at some point in history, the selfish juveniles of the 1960’s would be in charge. The generation that rejected the greatness of their parents and grandparents, the generation that is so self righteous, and the generation that has rejected the traditional values of the United States, are in charge. They are the Congressmen, the Senators, the State Senators, Professors, and the educational leaders.

The 1960’s generation has destroyed the family. It has destroyed the educational system. It has rejected the greatness of America. Our children are taught in our public schools that the United States is evil, that it is a bully, and that the United States should be more like Europe. Our children are taught that 9-11 was an inside job, that we dropped the atomic bomb on Japan because we are racists, and they are taught to reject the constitution. The family has been destroyed by the 1960’s generation’s creation of the welfare state and the rejection of the notion that marriage is between one man and one woman.

Perhaps the most dangerous manifestation of the 1960’s generation is Barack Hussein Obama.  President Obama is the creation of 1960’s Marxists and people dedicated to the destruction of the United States. His mentor Frank Marshall Davis was a communist. His political mentor Bill Ayers a member of a radical terrorist group that bombed government buildings. Obama’s mother was a radical Marxist and Obama writes in his book “Dreams From My Father” about his Socialist and Marxist ties. To his credit President Obama is simply doing what he said he was going to do. He told a union gathering after the last Presidential election that he was going to fundamentally change the United States. That change is a United States that resembles Europe. The change he is bringing is socialism or perhaps more accuretly statism.

There is little doubt that the political revolution has begun.

The only question is will the American People win. Ronald Reagan once wrote “If we lose the Republican Party to socialism, we’ve lost our last line of defense.” Republicans need to act like Republicans. There are those in the Republican Party who argue that the Republican Party needs to be more moderate. Some like former Governor Whitman pontificate that the Party needs to move to a Pro-Choice position and that “this is her Party too.” It is not.

Clearly the Republican Party needs to continue its return to its conservative values. We need to understand that the local and national media will never be on our side. We need to remember that the liberals will make fun of us. They will insult us and they will demean us. We need to stop worrying about hurting someone’s feelings.

Victory is our only acceptable outcome of this political revolution. We will be victorious once we realize that we need to take back our school boards, our towns, our states, and our country. To borrow a phrase, “question with boldness.” When a liberal lies, call him on that lie. Defend what you know is the truth. Support leaders who support us.

The revolution has begun.

Ms. Bell, while I can see from your own profile you don't subscribe to the widely held journalistic practice of staying out of the debate through impartiality, I would have thought you would at least hold to the standards of English class and read before commenting. . I compared the CONTENT of Mr. Scarano's screed to that contained in the Norweigan murderer's manifesto. Please quote precisely where I compare Scarano, the MAN to Brevik, the MAN. You are so anxious to tilt the debate toward your own biases, you are inventing comparisons out of whole cloth. Anyone who has followed the Brevik trial and read his rantings about Marxism, the influence of the 60s culture, and multiculturism in our schools would recognize these exact sentiments written in this piece from a NJ Catholic school history teacher.

No one should be surprised by some of the comments here. To wit: http://www.forbes.com/sites/kenrapoza/2011/11/21/fox-news-viewers-uninformed-npr-listeners-not-poll-suggests/ I doubt Forbes would post the results of the survey without vetting them.

"Halfrican-American" and "Barack the Magic Negro". From the de facto head of the Republican party. 'nuff said.

Pro-birth, certainly not pro-life.

Interesting and thought-provoking piece. Political revolution has come to this nation numerous times in its short life. This is yet another such time. Many, many factors are in the mix. Becoming educated on the issues and giving thoughtful consideration to others' points (even if we disagree) helps us understand the situation as well as give us some perspective. Thank you, Mr. Scarano, for entering into the fray.
