LAST CHANCE: The Duprees Perform at Free Concert

The popular "You Belong to Me" group celebrates a 50th anniversary milestone tonight in Woodbridge.


It's been a half century since "You Belong to Me" became a standard on the American pop music charts. Tonight, the group that made this their signature song, the Duprees, will be performing at 7:30 pm in the field next to . 

The Duprees have undergone changes as original members died or retired, but the successors still play the hits that made the band great: "Have You Heard", "Tara's Theme", "Why Don't You Believe Me". 

Concert goers should bring a lawn chair or blanket, and they are reminded that the donation of canned goods and non perishable items to Woodbridge's food banks for the needy is appreciated.
