Woodbridge's own Sabrina Roldan, a freshman at Felician College, was recognized last week by the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) as
Women's Cross-Country Runner of the Week and as Rookie of the Week.
According to a press release from Felician College, Roldan, a 2013 graduate of Woodbridge High School, was recognized following her collegiate debut at TCNJ's 10th Annual Technology Challenge at Branch Brook Park in Newark.
She finished eighth out of 149 runners and set a record 5,000 meter time of 19 minutes, 18
seconds for Felician College.
Roldan led Felician to a third-place result out of 19 non-Division I
schools in the team standings, the release said.
