Take a Women's Cardio/Karate Class

Women of all ages can get fit the Karate way at Bressaw's Karate School located in Fords and Edison. The school website describes the experience as "a place where you can begin or continue your martial arts journey. Our highly experienced instructors can help guide you as you improve your conditioning and ability to defend yourself under more trying conditions. But also, we can help you to focus your energy, and improve your confidence. Throughout your journey with us, you will achieve things you never thought possible."

Some of the classes offered are as follows:

Tuesdays 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm in FORDS;

Thursdays 8:10 pm to 9:10 pm in FORDS;

Saturdays 12:55 pm to 2 pm in NORTH EDISON, and

Sundays 11 am to noon in FORDS.
