The Woodbridge Department of Health and Human Services will hold a "Women's Health and Fitness Day" on September 25 from 11 am to 3 pm. The free event will take place at the Public Health Department at 2 George Frederick Plaza.
Learn the facts specific to women’s health as well as stress management techniques and personal safety tips. There will also be fitness demonstrations and health screenings. A light brunch will be served to all participants.
