Ring in the New Year and go ice skating at Roosevelt Park in Edison. The Roosevelt Park Family Ice Skating Rink will be open through April 1 for ice skating. Today through December 31, the rink will be open from 11 am to 5 pm.
The hours of operation will otherwise be as follows:
Closed Mondays and Tuesdays;

Wednesdays through Fridays from 5 pm to 9 pm;
Saturdays are divided into three sessions. Session One takes place from 11 am to 1:30 pm; Session Two takes place from 2 pm to 5 pm, and Session Three is from 6 pm to 9 pm.

On Sundays, there will be two sessions at noon to 3 pm and from 4 pm to 7 pm.
Cost is $6 for adults and for youth up to age 17 and seniors, the cost is $5. Skate rental is $5. Helmets are available for sale and patrons can also have their skates sharpened for $8.
Sales tax is included in all the fees. Lessons are available. For more information, refer to the Lesson Form and Liability Waiver.
