Barrons Secure NJABC State Championship

The Woodbridge High School Barrons won their first baseball state championship in school history on Sunday as a result of a 3-2 win over Manalapan.

It was Colin Figueredo on the mound who pitched eight innings and earned the win. Jon Kreusch came through with a walk-off single to seal the deal and the secure the title of NJABC State Champions.

Congratulations to Josh Solano, Griffin Thomas, Kyle Small, Jon Kreusch, Matt Figueroa, Colin Figueredo, Kyle Savoia, Nick Coughlin, Mark Bonino, Nick Bradshaw, Kyle Mortensen, Harry Rutkowski, Anthony Gonzalez, Zach Joe and Trevor Cykowski as well as Head Coach Lou Urbano and Assistant Coaches Tom Perry and Brian Weins.
