Gourmet Fry Slinger Opens This Week in Woodbridge Center

How do you like your fries? With salt and ketchup? Mayo? Or blueberry sauce?

French Fry Heaven, a gourmet french fry shop, will open a brand-new store on Tuesday, Nov. 19 at the Woodbridge Center Mall.

French Fry Heaven offers made-to-order fries in nearly two dozen flavors, both sweet and savory, including toppings like dill pickle seasoning, cheese, caramel, black truffle salt and gravy.

The fry oil used does not contain trans-fat or gluten and the menu is vegetarian friendly, according to the release.

All customers will receive buy one, get one free coupons throughout the first week of the shop's opening, as long as they last, according to the release. 

The Woodbridge shop is operated by entrepreneur Ray Mustafa, who also owns a French Fry Heaven in Paramus. 

“While our first priority is serving local residents and foodies with the best French fries on Earth, as small business owners, we’re also looking forward to becoming a community partner,” Mustafa said, in the release. “French Fry Heaven places a huge emphasis on charitable giving and community involvement, and we plan to do the same by partnering with other local businesses, organizations and groups.”

French Fry Heaven is quickly expanding, with 10 spots around the U.S. and 68 additional locations set to open. 

The Woodbridge Center Mall location is open from 10 a.m.-9:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday and from 11 a.m.-7 p.m. Sunday.
