VSA NJ Seeks Student and Educator Nominees for Arts Achievement Awards
VSA New Jersey is a nonprofit agency dedicated to supporting the artistic abilities of people with disabilities.
VSA New Jersey is currently accepting applications for the 2014 Arts Achievement Awards, a program dedicated to recognizing the artistic abilities of people with disabilities.
According to a press release from the New Jersey nonprofit, the Arts Achievement Awards includes a category for classified students between the ages of 14-21 who show "outstanding achievement in and commitment to an art form."
A separate category also seeks to recognize educators in New Jersey who have worked to create quality arts programs for students with disabilities, according to the release.

Award recipients will also qualify as candidates for the NJ Governor's Awards in Arts Education, according to the release.
