An Insider's Guide to School District Practices

Kalac, Barger & Bacigalupo will host a forum to discuss student rights under the IDEA and Section 504. Until recently, the firm’s attorneys represented public school districts. The new firm has dedicated its practice to assisting families with respect to all areas of students’ educational needs, with an emphasis on special needs students. There will be a question and answer session at the conclusion of the presentation.
