Children's Lighthouse Fall Festival Still On

It's free and fun this Saturday, November 3, in Woodbridge.


Despite Hurricane Sandy, The Children's Lighthouse of Woodbridge will still be holding their Fall Festival. It takes place on Saturday, November 3, from 10 am to 3 pm at their new building at 616 Main Street. A ribbon cutting ceremony is slated for 9:30 am, featuring Mayor John McCormac.

The private pre-school is also celebrating their grand opening. That takes place with a ribbon-cutting ceremony to be attended by Mayor John McCormac.

The Fall Festival will feature a variety of food, games, and entertainment for the whole family. Look for face painting, balloons, clowns, free gifts, and raffles, as well as a Moon Walk and 'Make It and Take It" activities. There will also be free pony rides.

Food and refreshments from local restaurants will also be served.

The school will also be showing off their advanced curriculum to parents, who can enroll their students at a $300 discount.
