Berkeley College Celebrates 29 Years in Woodbridge

The local business college with branches throughout the state marked a milestone in the township.

With eight decades in the Garden State, is rightly proud of turning out business school graduates who have gone on to bigger and better things over the years.

The 80th anniversary of the college also marked 29 years in Woodbridge. The school set up shop in an old supermarket on Rahway Ave., near the intersection with Woodbridge Town Hall.

To mark the occasion of its 1931 founding, the college installed panels of its accomplishments, one for each decade of its existance. The panels are on display at the Woodbridge facility, as well as each of the Berkeley locations in New York, including Manhattan, Brooklyn, White Plains, and in NJ campuses of Woodland Park, Newark, and Paramus.
