Need Work Done on Your Home? Woodbridge Can Help

The elderly, disabled, and those who are down on their luck can get some help fixing up their homes. 

"" a Woodbridge program where volunteers and businesses pitch in to do extensive work on the residences of the elderly and disabled who can't physically or financially complete needed repairs on their homes, is coming on Saturday, April 28.

The township's Housing Authority, which handles the paperwork for the program, is looking for the names of people who need work done on their homes.

In its 12th year, the 'Tooling' program send crews of volunteers, including union members, businessmen, and others, around town to do whatever work is needed on the house of a recipient. Supplies are donated by Lowes, Home Depot, and other benefactors.

Anyone needing home repairs who fits into the guidelines is encouraged to fill out the short application and get it in as soon as possible.

Volunteers who'd like to work on homes are needed, as are donations of supplies and materials.
