Charles Kenny Sworn in as Freeholder

Kenny was elected to the Freeholder board on Nov. 5.

Former Woodbridge township council president Charles Kenny took the oath on Nov. 7 and became a Freeholder for Middlesex County.

Kenny resigned from the Woodbridge township council following his election to the Freeholder board on Nov. 5. His former first ward council seat is currently vacant. 

According to the county, Kenny currently fills an unexpired term on the board left vacant by the death of Freeholder Stephen J. "Pete" Dalina. His Nov. 5 election was to a three-year term that will begin in January.
