Woodbridge Police, Fire Announce Kick-Off Of 'Move-Over' Education Campaign

The Woodbridge police, Joint Board of Fire Commissioners, local fire departments and EMS agencies, as well as Middlesex County police department and New Jersey State Police will be cracking down on drivers who fail to obey New Jersey’s “Move-Over-Law.”

From May 13 through June 30, a highly visible education & enforcement campaign that includes Middlesex County and Woodbridge Township police and emergency services will target motorists who fail to “Move-Over” or slow down when emergency vehicles are present on the roadway.

An announcement was to be made Tuesday at 6 p.m. at the Avenel Fire House.
