Woodbridge Fire Under Control; No Injuries Reported

A five-alarm fire was under control Saturday after it burned a warehouse on Crows Mill Road in Woodbridge on Friday and Saturday.

Emergency crews were on the scene late Friday and early Saturday of the fire that observers could see shooting through a warehouse roof, according to police communications.

The fire was reportedly seen coming from a warehouse on Crows Mill Road in Woodbridge.

Fire boats from the FDNY and Perth Amboy Fire departments could be seen responding from the Raritan River.

Cars and trucks slowed up on local roads to see the fire, and sirens could be heard in neighboring towns, such as Metuchen as the fire was fed by a ruptured gas line.

Fire crews were still working at the scene on Saturday. No injuries were reported.
