According to police, a surveillance video that aired on a news cast last week led to a tip from a caller and Kuhl eventually being charged. Elizabeth Police had already apprehended Kuhl on unrelated charges on Sept. 4.

He is currently being held in Union County Jail on $105,000 bail, with no 10 percent option available.
